His appearances on the Discovery Channel’s Biker Build-Off, where he faced off against both his father and fellow builder Eric Gorges, further solidified his reputation in the industry. Early Inspirations
Cory's passion for motorcycles ignited at an impressively young age. At just 10 years old, he took apart his bicycle, chromed its parts, and showcased it at the renowned Oakland Roadster Show. Before he could even legally ride, he was customizing bikes, flipping a wrecked Honda CB360 for profit at 14. His first ground-up custom build came at 15 when he purchased a 1974 Harley Sportster basket case for $800. Arlen, known for his tough love, encouraged Cory to build it himself, imparting valuable lessons in mechanics and design. Soon enough, Cory was riding his very own custom Harley to high school, marking the start of a lifetime in motorcycle customization.

For the past 25 years, Cory has been instrumental in the success of Arlen Ness Enterprises. Under his leadership, the Ness brand has become a globally recognized leader in product design and distribution.
