Victory Motorcycles:
As a founding team member at Victory, Gray shaped its rise in the American market, highlighted by: Victory Vegas (2003): A custom cruiser icon. Racing Milestones: Podium finishes at Isle of Man TT (Empulse RR) and Pikes Peak (Project 156, Empulse RR).
Indian Motorcycle:
After Polaris acquired Indian in 2011, Gray became Vice President of Racing, Technology, and Service, leading: Model Revivals: The 2014 Chief, Chieftain, and Roadmaster, and the celebrated Indian Scout. Innovation: The Thunder Stroke 111 engine and FTR750 flat track racer, securing eight consecutive championships and featuring in Travis Pastrana’s Las Vegas fountain jump.
